No Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy Overview

By purchasing any services, digital products, coaching programs, or consulting services from The Marketing Consultant of Maryland, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Binding Agreement

Upon payment, you enter into a legally binding agreement with The Marketing Consultant of Maryland to receive the agreed-upon services. Since these services involve time, expertise, and intellectual property, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. No Refunds for Partial Use or Non-Participation

Failure to attend scheduled sessions, participate in coaching programs, or utilize the services provided does not constitute grounds for a refund. You are responsible for making full use of the services you purchase.

4. Payment Plans and Outstanding Balances

If you have opted for a payment plan, you are contractually obligated to complete all payments, even if you choose not to continue with the program or service. Defaulting on payments may result in legal action or additional fees.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following rare circumstances:

• If The Marketing Consultant of Maryland is unable to fulfill a service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• If explicitly stated in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. If a chargeback is filed, you will be responsible for any fees incurred, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover the funds.
